Carolyn Graiziger

Carolyn Graiziger served as a clinical research coordinator for the Microbiota Therapeutics Program for over 10 years. In her role, she facilitated clinical care while fostering supportive relationships with patients and research participants. In addition, Ms. Graiziger assisted in the design, implementation, data collection and analysis of multiple clinical trials.

Carolyn’s personal experience as the parent of an adult child who has been living with Crohn’s disease for over 20 years is the inspiration for her involvement with Achieving Cures Together. In that time, the role of the microbiome in this and related conditions has taken center stage, offering the promise of targeted treatments and even eventual cures.

As a board member, Ms. Graiziger recognizes that ACT’s advocacy and support is focused on ensuring that the science underpinning microbiota therapies continues to evolve, and that the network of medical practitioners, scientists, patients and allies will grow and thrive far into the future.

Along with her husband Pat, Ms. Graiziger lives on a lake in the north metro area and is enjoying an active retirement.
