Aaron Bostrom

Since beginning his legal career, Aaron Bostrom has litigated civil rights, land use, and municipal liability issues for local governments across Minnesota. He has helped his clients win numerous cases in state and federal court, and at appellate levels. In 2024, Mr. Bostrom expanded his experience by litigating complex business, employment, and religious liberty issues nationwide. Joining Eckland & Blando in 2025, Mr. Bostrom’s practice primarily encompasses employment and business law, as well as civil rights, religious liberty, and free speech.

Mr. Bostrom is passionate about creative problem-solving and cultivating meaningful client relationships. He employs this integrated approach in meeting the distinct challenges of each case and pursuing strategies customized to achieve the best outcomes.

Mr. Bostrom graduated magna cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where he served as an editor for the school’s Law Journal. He has been admitted to the Minnesota Bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Bostrom became connected with ACT through a family member. Inspiration from ACT’s mission and its impact on others prompted his decision to join the ACT board.

Mr. Bostrom grew up in the Brainerd Lakes area of Minnesota with his six brothers and sisters. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends hiking outdoors or playing any sport that’s available.
